The Last of Us : Part 2 - Mel

Mel's head was first scanned by Sony San Diego based on actress Erin Mcintosh, then later finalized in ZBrush. With the help of outsourcing, all assets were scanned first then finalized in ZBrush. Everything was textured in substance painter, sometimes photoshop. Her hair is pure hair cards placed by hand. The hair strand's texture was hand-painted. Images are screen-captured from the in-house game engine of Naughty Dog. Thanks also shading artists (Lauren Garcia and Waylon Brinck) for all the support and helping out with the shader.
